Often companies have all the necessary tools to support their business processes, but the failure of these systems to communicate with each other (work from a single data source) slows their processes down tremendously. It is often possible to link these systems. The advantage of this approach is that the users are already familiar with the system and do not need additional training. Therefore there is no need to train the front-end users. Minimum change management or user (on front-end same system) training required (users already know the system and the working procedure)
